In Our Village was written as a group project by a group of kids in the African village Kambi ya Simba. Our students can learn about the way kids live in another place, discussing their similarities and differences. They can also discuss what life is like in rural communities where farming is the main way people support themselves. How might it be similar and different to how people who farm live in the United States.
